In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the walnut puree, sugar, and yolks
Preheat the oven to high temperature

Beat the whites until snowy and add to the walnut mixture
Mix carefully and distribute the batter among the molds
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Turn out and serve.
