100 g of chopped hazelnut
100 g of granulated chocolate
100 g of crushed biscotti

Wash and dry the strawberries
Remove stems
Pat them dry with a paper towel
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler and bathe the strawberries halfway through
Divide them into portions and with the still-soft chocolate, pass each portion through shredded coconut, another through chopped hazelnut, another through granulated chocolate, and one more through crushed biscotti
Place them on a sheet of parchment paper to dry
Allow to set before serving
Tips: These strawberries should be consumed the same day
Serve immediately.
