In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over low heat
Add the remaining ingredients and mix quickly until smooth
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with an offset spatula
Let it rest for at least 24 hours before cutting into squares
Cut into squares of 5 cm and serve.
