Cream 3 cups of peanut butter crust (or other cookie) in a blender (310 g)
Halve cup of chopped nuts, pecans or hazelnuts (55 g)
Halve cup of chocolate chips
Halve cup of orange juice (120 g)
Use 3 tablespoons of Karo
Halve cup of granulated sugar (195 g)
Cream 3 cups of peanut butter crust (or other cookie) in a blender (310 g)
Halve cup of chopped nuts, pecans or hazelnuts (55 g)
Halve cup of chocolate chips
Halve cup of orange juice (120 g)
Use 3 tablespoons of Karo
Halve cup of granulated sugar (195 g)
Mix all ingredients using only half cup of granulated sugar
Shape into balls with a buttered hand, about the size of a nut, and coat with remaining granulated sugar
Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving
Place in paper cups
Yield 44 cookie balls.
