2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of honey
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt

Scald the milk
Grease 6 individual molds and divide the honey among them
Beat the eggs lightly
Add the cornstarch, vanilla extract, salt, and milk
Mix well and pour slowly into the molds (you can use those from Pyrex)
Pour against a spatula to get the honey underneath
Bake in a water bath at medium heat for 30 minutes
Test with a knife in the middle of the pudding; if it comes out clean, the pudding is ready
Let it cool and store in the refrigerator
Serve chilled.
