1/2 cup of chilled heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 teaspoons of sugar
400 grams of strawberries, hulled and halved

Mix the balsamic vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan
Heat until the sugar dissolves
Reduce the liquid to half a cup. Reserve
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons of sugar
Mix until smooth
Cover and refrigerate for four hours
Mix the strawberries with the remaining sugar in a large bowl
Add half of the balsamic vinegar syrup and mix
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Divide the strawberries into six serving dishes and serve with the creme
Decorate with the remaining balsamic vinegar syrup.
