[1 1/2 kg] chicken breast, cut into pieces

1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of curry powder

Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces
Melt the butter or margarine in a shallow baking dish
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Cover the chicken pieces with this mixture, making sure they're coated on both sides
Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the same baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze
Deglaze every 4 minutes.
