In a blender, blend the butter, flour, broth, and bouillon tablet
In a pot, bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened
Let it cool
Blend the heavy cream in the blender with 1/4 cup of parsley
Season with salt
Serve chilled, sprinkled with parsley.
