Ingredients: 8 beef strips; 2 cups of sliced mushrooms; 4 eggs; butter or margarine

Prepare the beef and fry quickly in butter or margarine until desired level is reached

Fry the eggs

Sauté the mushrooms in a little bit of butter or margarine

Distribute the chopped mushrooms over 4 beef rolls already placed on the tray to be served

Cover with the remaining beef rolls
