Preheat the oven to high temperature
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and reserve
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper
Place everything in a baking dish and drizzle with half the melted butter
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Transfer the chicken to a serving dish and keep warm in the oven
In the baking dish, combine lemon juice and remaining melted butter
Scrape the bottom with a wooden spoon
Add chopped salsa and water
If necessary, add more salt and black pepper
Heat well and serve the sauce over the chicken
Serve while still warm
