1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
No blender, whisk milk, egg, wheat flour, salt, and butter
Grease a small non-stick pan with a little oil and cook pancakes one by one
Set aside
2 Grill the hot dogs and drain excess fat
Cut the hot dogs in half
Spread a portion of cream on each pancake, place a half hot dog, and roll up
Distribute the pancakes in a lightly buttered refrigerator dish, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and bake until golden
