Cut the chicken into pieces, fry it in oil and when it's browning, add all the seasonings, except for the tomato paste
Once it's tender, add the tomato paste
Turn off the heat, remove the chicken's bones without tearing it: leave it in relatively large pieces
Lump up the sauce, which should be thick, add it to the chicken and spill everything over the MacarrΓ£o cake.
