1 cup of white wine

Dust the chicken breast with oil and sear it in a skillet until golden brown
Add onion, tomato, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the skillet
Cook for 3 minutes
Then add the tomato puree and white wine
Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes
Serve immediately.
