2 cups of cooked and finely chopped chicken breast

4 tablespoons of pickled cucumber (or more, to taste)
1 fillet or wing of turkey

Trim the ends of the turkey
Remove the bone, leaving the cavity hollow
Mix all remaining ingredients and fill the turkey
Press the mixture firmly
Wrap in aluminum foil
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight
To serve, cut into thin slices.
