2 tablespoons of pineapple juice

Mix together potato starch, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and olive oil
Fry the chicken cut into slices in this mixture until cooked through
Before it's fully cooked, add pineapple chunks to the pan and cover it
Let everything simmer slowly
While that's happening, fry garlic separately
Pour the mixed sauce ingredients over the top and stir until creamy
Arrange the chicken on a plate, pour the sauce over the top, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro
