1 1/2 kg of chicken breast, thighs, and legs, skinless
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon mashed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup capers, drained and rinsed (reserve 2 tablespoons of the caper liquid)
Salt to taste

Dredge the chicken in flour, then shake off excess
In a large skillet, sauté the garlic in oil until golden brown
Add the chicken and cook for several minutes on both sides
Add the lemon juice, capers, and reserved caper liquid
Season and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally, or until the meat is tender and juices run clear when pierced with a fork
Season again
Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot
