Process the chicken breast in a food processor
In a bowl, combine the processed chicken, puff pastry crumbs, onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Mix well and shape into burgers, wrapping each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
On a grill, heat the butter and cook the burgers
On the same grill, without washing, caramelize the red onions
Season the tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and parsley
Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on one part of the patty, place the burger on top, and spread another tablespoon of cream cheese
Place a few slices of cucumber, tomato, and onion rings on top
Serve immediately.
