Chop the carrot, potato, and green beans into fine strips
Set aside
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the vegetables
Stir for 2 minutes
Dissolve the wheat flour in water and add it to the pan
Season with salt and English sauce until thickened
Set aside
In a greased refrigerator, arrange the clean and seasoned sardines
Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture over them and sprinkle with parsley
Place in a medium oven preheated for about 20 minutes
