Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces quickly on all sides until browned
Add the green pepper, onions, garlic, and tomato puree
Cook slowly for 25 minutes
Add the rice, beer, chicken broth, and salt if necessary, and continue cooking slowly until the rice is cooked
