Marinate the chicken breasts with lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt for 15 minutes
Remove the chicken from the marinade, pat dry with paper towels, and wrap each breast in a slice of bacon
Place the wrapped breasts on a refractory dish without them touching each other
Cover with a proper lid or aluminum foil and bake in a high-temperature oven for 28 minutes, or until the meat is cooked and the bacon is golden brown
Let it rest for an additional 10 minutes in the refrigerator still covered
Transfer to a serving dish, discarding any excess fat that has accumulated during cooking
Garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary, and serve
