Use a sharp knife to make small incisions in the chicken
Place it on a baking sheet
Mix the remaining ingredients and season the chicken
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Glaze
Combine all the ingredients and mix until you get a paste
Apply the glaze to the chicken
Bake for 1 hour
Increase the oven temperature to high
Bake, basting with butter every now and then until the glaze is nicely browned
Cut the chicken into pieces and serve.
