1 kg of boneless chicken thighs, skin removed

Debone the chicken and cut into small pieces
Season with salt and black pepper
Coat in flour and set aside
In a refractory, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, and onion
Microwave on high for 1 minute
Add the chicken, cover with plastic wrap (leave a small opening) and microwave for an additional 10 minutes until the meat loses its pink color
Add the mushrooms and parsley, mix well, and microwave for another 10 minutes
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, still warm
