3 tablespoons of wheat flour

3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of cream
2 cups of cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 pound of cooked spinach, chopped
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of wheat flour

1/2 cup of cream

Combine the flour, salt, and pepper with 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
Add the milk slowly
Cook, stirring until thickened
Add the cheese and cream
Cook, stirring over low heat until the cheese melts
Add the chicken
Place the spinach at the bottom of a 1 1/2 liter refractory dish
Pour in the chicken mixture
Dust with breadcrumbs
Dot with the remaining butter or margarine
Bake to brown
Serve after 4 portions.
