Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels
Rub the chicken inside and out with ginger
Place the chicken in a shallow dish
'Mix together oil, orange juice, honey, white wine, soy sauce, and garlic'
Pour the mixture over the chicken and let it marinate for 1 hour, turning occasionally
Thread the chicken onto skewers
Grill, turning the skewer and basting with vinegar, until the chicken is cooked through, about 45 minutes.
