Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet
Add the garlic, onion, and cook until the onion is translucent, but be careful not to let it burn
Set aside
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and sauté it in the remaining olive oil
Transfer it to a refrigerator and spread the cooked onion and garlic on top
Season the yogurt with salt and black pepper and drizzle it over the chicken
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve in the oven at medium heat for about 40 minutes, approximately
Serve afterwards.
