Fill the spring roll dough (which can be purchased pre-made from specialized stores) with fresh fruits cut into small pieces and season with cinnamon and cashew
Roll up the dough and fry it in hot oil until golden brown
In the meantime, make a syrup by cooking water and cashew over low heat until caramelized
Then, add heavy cream mixed with cinnamon
Let it warm up slightly and remove from heat
