Let the dough come to room temperature for an hour
Unroll it over a flat surface
Brush it with butter and dust with sugar
Using a rolling pin, press the sugar onto the dough
Make a vertical imaginary line in the center of the dough, as if dividing it into two pieces
Roll one half towards that line
Do the same with the other half, rolling it towards the middle
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour
Heat the oven to high temperature
Cut slices 0.5 cm thick and arrange on a baking sheet
Dust with sugar and bake for 15 minutes
