1 package of chocolate biscuit
100g unsalted butter.
Filling:
1 can of whipped cream
200g cream cheese
1 cup (ch) of sugar
1/4 cup (ch) of peppermint extract
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin (6g)
5 tablespoons of water
Shaved chocolate for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Crumb the biscuits and mix with melted butter to form a smooth mixture
Line the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter removable pan and press firmly
Bake for 10 minutes
Let it cool
Filling:
In a blender, blend the whipped cream with sugar, cream cheese, sugar, and peppermint extract
Add dissolved gelatin to the mixture and pour over the cake batter
Chill in the refrigerator until set
Unmold, decorate with shaved chocolate, and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
