Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar
Add in oats, cream, food coloring, melted butter, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Using a small spoon, drop the dough onto a greased baking sheet, leaving about 10 cm between cookies
Bake in a medium oven for 6-8 minutes
Let cool for just a few seconds before removing from the baking sheet
Yield: 6 oatmeal cookie clusters.
