1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk in a pot, milk, and sugar for about 4 minutes at high speed
2 Caramelize a 32 cm diameter mold with a central hole
Pour the pudding into it and bake in a water bath at 40 minutes
