10 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced

1.5 kg chicken
4 large potatoes, cut into thick slices
16 small white onions, peeled
6 medium-sized carrots, cut into 3 cm thick slices
4 medium-sized zucchinis, cut into 3 cm thick slices

Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (190°C)
Mix together 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine with paprika, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined and fluffy
Gently remove the skin from the chicken breast, being careful not to tear it
Slowly pull the skin away from the meat, working around the entire breast
Spread half of the flavored butter underneath the skin
Put the chicken back in its original position and spread the remaining butter on the outside, making sure to penetrate the skin
Melt the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat
When hot, add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides
Remove the chicken from the pan and place it in a baking dish with some of the onions, carrots, and zucchinis
Dredden the excess fat from the pan and pour it over the vegetables
Cover the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
Add the remaining vegetables to the baking dish and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender
Serves 6-8 people.
