1/2 cup of pineapple in syrup, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of Mango Chutney (comes ready-made, in jars)
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the sausage into strips or cubes and fry it with minced onion in hot olive oil
Add the bean sprouts, pineapple, and Mango Chutney
Season to taste
Let it cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes
Serve with seasoned rice (curry), if desired
Garnish with orange slices.
