Preheat the oven
Make superficial cuts on the ham, forming a pattern of diamonds or squares
In a saucepan, mix together orange juice, cinnamon, ginger, Jamaican pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of whole cloves
Let it come to a boil
Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Glaze the ham, estimating about 35 minutes per kilogram, brushing with orange juice every 15 minutes
Pierce the cloves onto the ham and drizzle with half the honey
Leave in the oven for another 20 minutes
Gloss with the remaining honey and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown

We cook the oranges with water and then slice them in half
We wrap the ham with the orange slices using toothpicks
