Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan
Add the garlic, onion, and cook until the onion is translucent, without browning
Set aside
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, then brown it in the remaining oil
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with the cooked onion and garlic, and season again
Dress the yogurt with salt and black pepper, and pour over the chicken
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
