Half liter of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green scallion
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
Medium-sized chicken (about 1 1/2 kg)
Salt
Wheat flour
Paprika (optional)

Preheat the oven
Mix together the yogurt, green scallion, salt, vinegar, and ginger
Set aside half a cup of this mixture
Place the melted butter or margarine in a baking dish
Sprinkle salt on the chicken pieces
Coat the chicken pieces with wheat flour
Dip each piece into the reserved yogurt mixture, coating it thoroughly
Arrange in the prepared baking dish
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Transfer to a serving plate and cover with half a cup of reserved yogurt sauce
