4 tuna steaks (600g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of oregano
1/4 cup of olive oil

4 medium tomatoes, cut into slices
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of butter

In a large bowl, season the tuna steaks with salt, lemon juice, and oregano
Let it rest for 30 minutes. Reserve
Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat
Fry the tuna steaks for two minutes, flip them, and let them cook for another two minutes
Remove and reserve
Fried Tomatoes
Season the tomato slices with salt and coat them in flour
In the same frying pan used to prepare the tuna steaks, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Fry the tomato slices for two minutes, flip them, and fry for another two minutes or until they're tender
Serve as a side dish with the tuna steaks.
