3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of orange juice
1/2 tablespoon of grated orange zest
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped scallion whites
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of orange juice
1/2 tablespoon of grated orange zest

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half

Combine all ingredients except the chicken, parsley, and flour
Place the mixture into a 25cm round baking dish
Arrange the chicken on top, then cover with plastic wrap leaving a small opening
Microwave at high power for 3 minutes, flip the chicken over, and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes
Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving
Retire the meat and combine it with the sauce that has formed from the flour dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
Mix well and microwave for another minute, stirring halfway through
Place the chicken on top and sprinkle with parsley
Note: You can garnish with orange slices if desired.
