1/4 cup (stick) of butter

2 mangos, cut into cubes

1 Melt the butter in a skillet, add the onion and chicken
Fry until golden
Season with salt and add the flour and coloring
Mix well so that the chicken is coated with the mixture
2 Add the broth and cashew cream and grated ginger
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is tender
Add the chopped cilantro and mango cubes
Simmer for two minutes and serve.
