Beef Roll
1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
250g of pork sausage crumbled
250g of ground beef
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
3 eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sauce
Leaves from 1/2 bunch of agrião
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of cream cheese

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Saute the onion in olive oil, then add garlic and paprika
Cook for 1 minute, then add pork sausage crumbled and ground beef
Cook for another 3 minutes and remove from heat
Let it cool down, then mix in breadcrumbs and beaten eggs
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
2 Transfer the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
Mold into a long roll shape and wrap with parchment paper
Place on a baking dish and bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
Sauce
1 Blend agrião, chicken bouillon cube, milk, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper in a blender until smooth. Reserve
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion
2 Add the blended sauce to the pan and cook until thickened
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Reserve
Remove the beef roll from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
Serve hot with the warm sauce.
