Prepare an omelette with the eggs, salt, mineral water, ricotta cheese, and wheat flour
Fry it in a non-stick skillet to your liking
Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces
Cook the cucumber in a little water until it's tender
When the water has evaporated, add the yogurt and season with salt and pepper
Place the cooked omelette on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
