1 In a saucepan, mix the chicken broth with the water and bring to a boil until it forms a syrupy consistency
2 Add the passion fruit pulp and beef stock
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Reserve
3 Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper and pan-fry them in a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray
4 Serve with the warm or cold sauce.
