Preheat the oven very hot (220°C)
Melt the butter in a small pan
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper
Place it in a baking dish and drizzle with half the butter
Grill until golden brown, for about 30 minutes
Transfer the chicken breasts to a serving tray and keep warm in the oven
Put the lemon juice and remaining butter in the baking dish
Simmer over low heat, scraping the bottom with a spoon
Add parsley, water, salt, and black pepper to taste
Serve hot.
