Drain the water from the corn kernels and set aside
In a pressure cooker, sauté the tomato, rosemary, and garlic in olive oil
Cover the cooker, without pressure, and cook for 10 minutes
Add the corn kernels and water
Cover the cooker and cook for 30 minutes, starting from when it begins to pressurize
Let the steam out and open the cooker
Add the linguiça and cod
Let it simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes
Check the seasoning and serve
