1/2 cup of olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
5 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, diced
350g of smoked pork loin, cut into pieces
2 bell peppers, cut into slices
4 Portuguese linguiça sausages, sliced
2 chicken breasts with bone, skinless, cut in half
1 cup of white dry wine
4 1/2 cups of water
2 bay leaves
1kg of cooked and drained white beans
Salt and black pepper to taste

2 chicken breasts with bone, skinless, cut in half
1 cup of white dry wine
4 1/2 cups of water
2 bay leaves
1kg of cooked and drained white beans
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until they start to brown
Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes
Add the meats and cook, at high heat, for another 5 minutes
Add the wine, cover the pot and simmer, at low heat, until it's almost gone
Add 2 cups of water and the bay leaves
Cook for 30 minutes with the lid on
Add the white beans and the remaining water
Simmer for 10 minutes
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
