2 soup spoons of butter or margarine
130 g of smoked pork loin, cut into small pieces
250 g of peeled and diced tomatoes
2 soup spoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic
500 g of finely chopped cabbage
2 liters of beef or chicken broth
salt and black pepper to taste
200 g of cooked white rice with grated Parmesan cheese

Melt the butter or margarine in a pan over medium heat, add the pork pieces, and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add the tomatoes, parsley, and garlic
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-6 minutes
Remove the garlic clove, add the cabbage, cover, and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes
Season with black pepper, add the beef or chicken broth, and adjust salt as needed
Simmer covered on low heat for 1 hour
Add the cooked rice, stir well, cover, and simmer on low heat for an additional 20 minutes
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve
