1/2 kg of ground meat
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
chopped fresh parsley
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup of 200g plain yogurt at room temperature
1 lightly beaten egg
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
4 French puffs
1/2 kg of ground meat

Preheat the oven to moderate heat (170°F)
Brown the meat with the onion for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, and drain excess fat
Add tomato sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper, and let simmer on low heat until thickened
Remove from heat
In a small bowl, beat the yogurt until creamy
Add the egg and Parmesan cheese
Combine this mixture with the meat mixture and mix well
Cut a thin slice off the top of each puff, horizontally, and remove the core
Stuff each puff with the meat mixture and close it
Wrap each one in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes
These puffs can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge
In this case, bake for about 15 minutes before serving
Serve 4 sandwiches.
