8 small French chicken breasts, morning-cured
1 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of grated zucchini
2 tablespoons (sopa) of finely chopped onion
6 tablespoons (sopa) of olive oil
1 cup (chopped) of ground meat
1 tablespoon (sopa) of wheat flour
5 diced tomatoes
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons (sopa) of grated cheese
Salt and oregano to taste

1 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of grated zucchini

1 cup (chopped) of ground meat
1 tablespoon (sopa) of wheat flour

Salt and oregano to taste
Sauté the zucchini with half the onion in half the olive oil and add the ground meat
Continue sautéing until the meat is tender
Add the flour and stir until it's released from the pan
Set aside
Blend the tomatoes in a blender, strain and set aside
Fry the remaining onion in olive oil, add the garlic and blended tomatoes
Let it thicken and sprinkle with oregano and salt
Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and remove the bone marrow
Moisten them with water and fill with ground meat
Roll up and secure with a toothpick
Place in a refrigerator and brush with tomato sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve
