Half cup of fine oats - 65 g
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 210 g
1/2 teaspoon salt - 2,5 g
1 teaspoon active dry yeast - 2 g
1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 2,5 g
4 tablespoons butter or margarine - 60 g
One small cup of natural yogurt - 200 g
Half cup of fine oats - 65 g
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 210 g

1 teaspoon active dry yeast - 2 g
1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 2,5 g
4 tablespoons butter or margarine - 60 g
One small cup of natural yogurt - 200 g
Preheat the oven to a very hot temperature (220°C)
Grease a baking sheet
Mix together the oats, flour, salt, yeast, and baking soda
Add the butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
Mix until it forms a thick oatmeal
Add the yogurt
Mix with a spoon
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times
Shape into thin rounds, about 1 cm thick
Cut into slices of about 5 cm in diameter
Arrange on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned
Serve warm
