8 cups (scant) of water
4 cups (scant) of rice
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup (scant) of milk
300g cooked ham, cut into thin slices
200g mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons of breadcrumb
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

In a pot, bring the water to a boil and cook the rice until it's well done
In a bowl, place the cooked rice
Add the eggs and milk and mix well
In a greased oven dish, layer the rice, reserving some for the top
Arrange layers of ham and mozzarella cheese on top
Preheat the oven to 220°C
Cover the mozzarella with the reserved rice
Sprinkle with breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese
Place in the oven until golden brown and serve immediately.
