Clean, wash, and chop the vegetables

Add the beef broth, cauliflower, and seasonings
Cook the vegetables for about 30 minutes
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine in a frying pan, add the morcela, and fry quickly
Add the cooked vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley
